It was very simple to use and setup.
It is a very capable app and esasy to set-up, but it was not what the client required at a 100%, also tech support is a plus.

The help center responds quickly to my questions and explains well.
Great app and works well. Support is responsive. My only gripe is the new price structure, which was recently communicated to me and is very expensive. If I have to move up to the next plan it will cost too much per month and I will have to find an alternate solution.
Great Program. It has been a little difficult for me/my customers and have had some complaints, but overall it is a great program. I do wish there was a phone number to speak with someone directly, rather than having to go back and forth on email.
Awesome free app, I only wish there was an option for giving customers points at our own discretion (attending classes, for example)!
Our fans love getting rewards from The Plume Room. Discounts on vape products and referral bonuses create excitement. Smile works very well, and offers a customizable reward program.

I had to wait a while for an agent but once Brandon was available, I had all my questions answered quickly.
Better than the other app I tested out and got charged almost $150 for losing money.
