Smile has made it easy for my business to reach out to customers about loyalty points they've gained with us without even knowing! It integrates with our POS as well, making using points in-person easy.

Due to the nature of my business, Smiles tiered price structure meant sometimes I'd pay for orders that weren't points-eligible, but upon reaching out to their customer service, Cole was able help me and my somewhat unique situation so I could retain my customer base as is. And in less than 10 minutes!

Definitely would recommend for ease of use and customer service!

Great app and features even with only using the free plan. I reached out for support with something and Shelby was very fast with responding and gave me great tips with detailed instructions on how to help me and it worked! I am satisfied and would recommend especially for small businesses who can’t afford an expensive plan but want to offer rewards to their customers.

Great app with excellent support!

We’ve been using Smile.io for our store’s loyalty program and have had a great experience so far. The app is easy to use, integrates well with Shopify, and offers exactly what we need to keep customers engaged and coming back.

A special thanks to Lisa from the support team — she was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we had questions about point eligibility for guest customers. She provided clear guidance and even offered to connect us with the Merchant Success team for further optimization tips.

Highly recommend Smile.io if you’re looking to build a solid rewards program with top-notch support!

Not recommended at all. This app is just such a "pay-to-win" app type.. They have a really basic personalised points program, which does not allow you to make any little modification.

In my case, I reached out the max capacity of the starter plan and started considering upgrading to the 199€ / month, but wanted to see how a couple of new things would work inside of the app first. I found out you can't even access your app with all your customers points and information if you don't pay the upgraded plan in advance. I talked with customer support but, in their words: "they cannot do anything bc I maxed it out my plan"

I am very disappointed with this greedy policy they work with, and now I am looking for another options.
