The app works very well and the customer support replies quickly. Would definitely recommend this app.

We have been using the app for a few years, and have not had any problem.
It has all the functions needed for a points royalty program.

So Far so Good, Really helpful Staff. Responsive to all my questions starting up our loyalty. The is our first time running a loyalty program and worried about how to transition our customers without giving too much. Was deciding between Sweettooth and Loyalty Lion, even though Loyalty lion had more features, we felt that location being in the states, mobile version was more fluid and refined, and overall eagerness to help answer all our questions Sweettooth was the better choice. And we are so far happy with our decision.

Also, the customer service is amazing - I was able to get my questions answered so quickly so I could get up and running in no time. Highly recommended for any small business!

Had it for about a year now and have seen activity and customer retention due to this app. Best of all is that it is a powerful and free app with various ways for potential customers to earn points, such social likes and sharing, birthdays, customer referrals, purchasing points and new sign up points. Highly recommend this app.

I recently added the app and I must say the ease at which everything installed and got working is just phenomenal! Never thought adding such a complicated system would be so user-friendly and easy. Furthermore, totally blown away by their customer service. The help/support Sarah and Maggie provided were far past my expectations! I highly recoomend this app.
