I have a problem with transferring plan from Global to Local stores, the service is so smooth and I just need to follow the instruction, she so patient eventhough it's a long and confusing process. Thank you to Hannah the one who assist me :)

Joshua really did an awesome job! all he does is a video clip and demonstrated where I can get the redeem coupons setup for both POS and online. Straight to the point - Clear, Concise and Effective. Would love all other CS to adopt. Within 5 mins i got my problem solved! Superb Joshua!!!
