What a great app. There are so many products out there but this is by far the easiest and simplest for updating, viewing and simple metrics. I just wish there was a slightly cheaper option for small business like me.

Overall Smile has been a great company/app to install and work with, I trialled a few different apps before happily settling on Smile. We've had over 2000 orders influenced by the rewards in the short time we've had the program. Customer service has been amazing, working with Hannah on a few small things and she has been a gem to talk with, she really is 1 in a billion to talk to! So helpful!

I've only used it for a few hours, but I'm pleased with it so far. It was easy to set up, and it's nice that you can choose to keep it very simple with a point system as a start and then, later on, add more features.
