Creating a loyalty program that could easily be set up and beneficial for our customers was key. We have a large audience and wanted to make sure that integrating Smile would be a smooth transition. I had lots, I mean a TON of questions. Although I didn't have a direct contact, I consistently heard back from Larry, who was always extremely through, patient, and made sure my questions were answered. We had a few delays in launching the program and Joshua quickly jumped in to help with more questions. We launched the program with over 150,000 customers almost seamlessly, the only concerns/problems were due to user error, but were really easy to walk the customer through. Easy to install and looks straight foward for customers!

I love Sweet Tooth! It has given our patients a way to earn loyalty points, track them, and redeem them super easily. It also offers report features and some perspectives. Any concerns I have are answered super fast and friendly from their customer service reps. Love it love it love it! :)

So far so good. 5 minute simple easy setup and install. Code looks clean and not intrusive.
