Smile does a phenomenal job of making it seemless to award customers points/rewards for tasks, using integrations such as Jude.me allows for points to be awarded for reviews, which is exactly what we use the platform for. Easy to set up with great support fro their team. We instantly got tons of signups and customers using points on their orders.

Only thing that needs to get taken care of, is ability to weed out people who take advantage of the system using multiple email addresses to create multiple accounts.

Smile.io has helped our brand build loyalty and returning customers, which is extremely important in 2022. We had some issues optimizing our program but David and the Smile.io Experience Team were SO much help. 10/10 Love it.
