Great so far - reasonable pricing, great customer support by Andrea, plenty of functions. If they add multiple language possibility, would give them 6 stars :)

The app has worked flawlessly for me since it was installed. I had a bit of a self-inflicted hiccup on store migration, but I contact customer services and Brandon was quick on the case with an export of additional data that I needed to make my life a little easier.

Been using Smile for almost 4 years with no hiccups, it's a nice and easy app to use. We ran into some issues as well and had the pleasure of speaking with Hannah who went above and beyond to fix and resolve the issues which has ensured that we continue to use the app for our store! Great app and great people to work with.

I was having some major problems and she was absolutely AMAZING!! She went into my account and fixed everything that needed fixed. She was very kind and answered all of my questions as well.

Have been using this app for a while now, and it's mostly great. There are a couple of features in the higher tier program I wish the lower budget versions had, because I just don't do the business volume to justify paying more to be able to segment my really good customers or be able to expire points, which i think would be a good incentive to get people shopping.

Have only had to contact support a couple of times and they've been great and extremely responsive.
