Great customer service. They're super responsive and helpful. It's easy to use and I love that the branding is customizable in the free version. Their free plan does a lot. You don't have to pay for a plan for it to be functional. The paid plans are priced too high for small businesses in my opinion but they are flexible to work with you to find a custom solution to your needs.

I've been using Smile for years across various shops I've worked on on Shopify and love them! Really easy to use from both an admin and customer standpoint and Customer Service is amazing if you ever have questions!

It's the easiest way to add a fidelity program to your store and pretty user friendly when it comes to configuration and set up.

Although it does take a while for you to get a hold of someone to talk to, the agent i was scheduled with, Nicole, was great! I wanted to try out smile in our developer store before we commit and the process was super easy and quick. Nicole was responsive and got me all set up in 5 minutes. I do love that we can try out all the features of smile before committing, will definitely help deciding what plan we want to go with.

Excellent app. It has generated me quite a few new customers using the referral feature. The point system is also great. It gives my customers a reason to increase their cart value because they know that theyre going to get something back with the pints they acquire. Would highly recommend.
