The demo was excellent, and our rep (Cole) was knowledgeable in the app and general Shopify information, which was especially helpful for our team, as we don't have technical staff on board. Excited to kick this program off for our customers.

Amazing loyalty program. We switched because of rampant code leaks and saw immediate savings due to fewer discounts. I recommend this app (if you have the budget).

First: Shelby in Customer Care is very professional and responsive. Secondly, Smile.io continues to evolve their platform. Third, they also look for opportunities to leverage the brands on the platform.
