Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

Lisa was very helpful. It was fantastic to learn that the reward points could be redeemed both in-store and online. Great app.

The app is pretty good, but twice a year I look at other review apps to see if i can reduce my monthly costs. Its nearly the same as Klaviyo email system but does not have the same functionality. We have had the app for ages and there doesnt seem to be any more obvious innovation. But hey the devil ya know..... The support team is awesome, responsive, i guess thats what i am paying for?

The setup was incredibly easy. I was able to implement several features that my customers had requested in a short amount of time. Ezra was also fantastic to work with whenever I needed extra assistance. Thank you so much!
