I have only just started using the app but so far I have had good feedback (have not announced my rewards program widely altough it is active on my site.) Customer service has been fast and very good so far. Really happy I went with Smile instead of a more expensive app, it has everything I need at this early stage.
We’re currently integrating Smile.io into our site, and the experience has been fantastic so far! Their platform is easy to work with, and the customer support team has been amazing—super responsive and helpful every step of the way. They've really gone above and beyond to ensure our integration is smooth.
