So good so far, launched it yesterday and had 12 customers sign up to this, great idea and hopefully something we can start to build a very loyal customer base on. We are on the Free plan and its awesome.
Lisa was extremely helpful and resolved my issues instanly, I began the chat very confused and have now ended it feeling so much better about our rewards system! Thanks again Lisa!

Fantastic app - good customer service and it currently does everything we need to keep our customers coming back to us! One thing we'd like: the ability to move customers up to different VIP tiers manually...

A really great feature to add to your website! My only "con" is the layout of the app... when I go to select a program setting, the selection box doesn't move with the page and the scramble and I have to guess which button belongs to a command "Earning Points" always takes me to your twitter account. Otherwise, great app with a small glitch!
A great app in most ways, but with one big flaw. If you're using Recharge for subscriptions, there is no way to make it so that coupons created by Smile work for both one-off and subscription orders. They can only work for one-off orders (unless you're using an older version of ReCharge installed prior to Nov. 1st, 2020). Unfortunately Smile tells me they have no immediate plans to fix this flaw.

I've loved using Smile so far. It's easy to install and use. I love the amazing support they offer like tips on their blog. I've also received speedy help from the Team since I installed. Maggie was a gem to work with.
