We used Smile for a few years now, excellent reward system, easy to set up, manag,e and use for customers. UI and UX are super friendly. Customer Support Shelby was wonderful in helping me with inquiries.

The helpdesk team are really proactive and responsive.
Programme is fairly easy to set up and integrate
The missing star is because some features are not yet available inc but not limited to - being able to view invoices, being able to edit all assets available, some bugs in the system where uploaded content deletes itself.
Dont think the analytics are that straightforward yet or intuitive
Overall though I would recommend as the team really want you to succeed and give their support whereever and as much as possible and I do think the few remaining bugs will get ironed out.
Do I think this has driven increased loyalty? I am not sure yet as the analytics dont make that easy to monitor BUT I do think the goodwill this creates among customers is worthwhile.

NB extra edit: Since leaving this review, the smile team have been tenacious in resolving some of the issues I had - they really do want to make this a 5 star experience for everyone. I am changing my review from 4 stars to 5 stars as they do deserve the extra star for this alone! A couple of things to note though - still cannot view invoices in the billing section and the reports dont show behaviour of those who are not enrolled to get a clear picture. What I noted from using my own analytics was that so far this scheme has not improved loyalty, but it has improved AOV. And I still maintain that the goodwill it provides to our customers is beneficial. For the cost of the programme vs what smile provides I believe this is good value and I am glad I chose smile over their competitors

The customer service and chat response is great. Lynn did a great job solving my problem. When the data that I needed wasn't present on the dashboard, she sent me everything I needed in a raw data file - great for analysis! Dashboard could be a bit more descriptive of the data presented.

This app is easy to implement and customize with a variety of rewards for customers. The support team is quick to respond to questions with several solutions for our program.

The app works great, and if you aren't changing your store a lot then, you won't have any issues. Customers also love having a rewards system!

Really easy to use and the support has been great - especially Angie who got back to me really quickly with the technical issue I had around how coupons were showing for customers. She sent me a very thorough email explaining things really clearly and she had also done some tests in the background to double check. Thank you so much!

The most comprehensive rewards app out there. Very easy to set up and blends seamlessly with any theme. Support is superb! Special thanks to Ezra, Maggie, Andreandana and Jade. The whole team is very responsive, provides first touch-point resolution and checks in if everything has been resolved. Highly recommended!

I was having issues with the app and emailed customer service. Honestly, I never expected to receive a response, but 5 minutes after I emailed, I got a response from Shelby and she was so helpful and thorough. Turns out the error was on our end, but the customer service was great.
