It’s been helpful to a point, but once you go over your only allowance you can’t access any admin. If it doesn’t ever go back under the limit I was told I still can’t access it unless I go up to the next level which as a small business is out of my league.

Fortunately Andrea came and answered my call and helped me out. So I can access the admin section and amend it and answer customer questions.

We ran into an issue after launching with Smile.io, but Shelby from their support team was absolutely fantastic. She was super friendly and incredibly helpful, quickly jumping in to sort things out for us through live chat. It was such a relief to connect with someone knowledgeable in less than 5 minutes! In a world where customer service often slips as companies grow, Smile.io really stands out. I totally recommend them if you're looking for a service that truly supports you.

Because they were cheaper than Loyalty Lion, we tried Smile.io five years ago and held our breath. Would it work? Fabulously! Did everything we wanted and more. Easy usability, 100% performance, excellent service crew. And constant improvements with no raise in price and no "contracts". Just like it's all supposed to be.

Very helpful, thank you! Would be great to have the option of 1 point = 1 dollar, but the app won't let you accrue points less than 1. For example, you can't set it to give 0.5 points for every dollar spent.

Great FREE program with lots of options as well as fairly priced paid upgrades. Quick and helpful chat support. Great integration with Shopify POS as well. Customers love that I can help keep track of and redeem their points for them when they shop in-store as well as online.

We've been happy with Smile as our main rewards platform for several years and have consistently received great support from Lisa and the rest of the team. We'd like to see some additional features such as full integration without a pop-up (harder now with new customer accounts), more granular reporting for ootb emails, and a more robust segmenting engine, the cost and stability has made up for any lack of features. Great app.

The customer service of the Smile.io team is such a gold standard! They have really went above and beyond to accommodate my account to really fix all my needs. Their follow up has really shown how much they care that their customers are able to use their software effectively and I would highly recommend this app!
