It was great experience so far working with the Smile app and their support team. I have explored many Loyalty platforms and have chosen Smile.io because of it's flexibility and customisation features. Their support team is also great and always up for help. Great going!

Great so far - reasonable pricing, great customer support by Andrea, plenty of functions. If they add multiple language possibility, would give them 6 stars :)

Easy to use and works as intended.
Support team is helpful and will try to solve the problems you have with the app until it is no longer a problem. They'll also help you understand anything you have questions about the app. Highly recommended!

Love it - probably the best loyalty program for Shopify that I've had the pleasure of using. We started with Smile, left for Stamped.io, then left for influence.io and we're back on Smile after all that. Didn't know what we lost til we left. They welcomed us back and it's been seamless since.
