Unacceptable Customer Service and Unfair Subscription Policy
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by this company. They offer only chat and email support, both of which take hours to receive a response—completely unacceptable for a paid service.
What’s even more frustrating is their unfair subscription policy. I paid $50 for a monthly subscription, and after realizing the app didn’t meet my expectations, I canceled the subscription within an hour to avoid being charged for the next cycle. To my surprise, all the paid features were immediately revoked, and I was denied access to the app for the remaining 29 days—despite having already paid for the full month!
To make matters worse, Shelby, who appears to be in customer service, seems completely uninterested in providing any real assistance. Why have someone in customer service if they are not willing to do their job? Her lack of concern and unwillingness to help only adds to the frustration of dealing with this company.
This practice is unacceptable and misleading. I PAID FOR THE MONTH and should be entitled to use the service for the entire duration, regardless of when I choose to cancel.
I expect a resolution to this issue immediately.

Initial Experience with Support – Disappointing So Far
I just installed the app and reached out for help through the chat box. It’s been over an hour and still no response from the support team. I received an automated message saying someone would reply to my email within 30 minutes, but I’m still waiting with no update.
I haven’t had a chance to fully test the app yet, so I will hold off on a final review — but I may consider changing my rating if I receive professional and timely support.
However, if this is how the support team handles the very first interaction, it raises serious concerns about the level of support I can expect after activating the app on my store. First impressions matter — and unfortunately, this one has not been great.
This app has been extremely difficult and confusing to setup. I have a designer putting things together and it's taken a long time just to have it look aesthetically pleasing. We added the login block on the loyalty page and then it just randomly show up on our homepage. Trying to get a fast response for needed support is actually impossible. This app costs $200/month and they take hours to respond to customer requests. The fact there's no live chat support for this app is kind of mind blowing when $10/month apps I use have instant support and assistance. I actually wish there were other viable options out there as this app is terrible when you combine what they offer vs what they charge.

App does not support post-purchase upsell points, they do not count towards the total automatically and need to be added manually to every order, what a joke!!
Also, the app does not retroactively add points for previous orders a person made before you installed the app.

Positive reviews MUST be fake. This is TERRIBLE! I watched as 6 people signed up for my rewards program yesterday and not one is in my database now. This thing sent them a confirmation email, they went to spam folders. It gives a code that you then have to go back to the website to be added to my reward program. When they clicked the link - it gave them a 404 error. I just checked and it is now NOT LIVE on my website even tho it's showing in the Shopify store. Waste of time. Customer support is useless.

This is a useless app even they label it as "FREE" app. You can't even use it in Shopify's Starter Pack. WASTEOF TIME to download and talking to their "so called" advisor. At the end of the day, ZERO accomplishment.

it seems like a good app but I just lose a lot of time and Couldn't make it work. it is not showing in my website and I couldn't understand how clients will see their point or redeem them. I also try to reach through the chat but nobody answered. I was willing to pay after all that trouble with the free version.
