Love the app! It's great :) my only note would be two things, automatic point integration of previous purchases by customers when integrating with your store, and second, I would have an email capability to email those customers what their points balance is. This is especially helpful for a store that didn't launch with a loyalty program but is creating one later and has a great customer base who would appreciate an email like this.

We've loved using Smile for our Rewards Program platform, it's easy to use not just for customers but for us as well on the back end. The customer service is quick, friendly, and helpful while getting the information across in an easy-to-understand fashion. Jade was extremely helpful in helping me make sure Smile was integrated properly into our other sales channels.

I am using the free plan because we are just getting started in our ecommerce journey. Already the app is super easy to navigate, very intuitive and user friendly. I had some questions about where the nudge feature would show up and Nicole was very kind, and answered all of my questions. When I expressed how I was already interested in upgrading to use all the fun features she offered us a free trial for the upgraded version! Now that is some customer service. Made me smile ;-)

Hi, I have just downloaded the app for my Shopify store and was having trouble finding where to add social media links so I messaged for help. The rep was very helpful and explained where to find the links. She also disclosed about third-party validation. I sincerely appreciate the transparency & for letting me know this. So far the integration with my website has been smooth, although I am still in the testing stages and haven't gone live but I like what I have seen already, the only draw back will be the point system and cos of this I don't think I might be able to launch with it, the issue is, it is only the point(s) earned that is variable but the currency isn't variable so for example you can only edit ($1 = 1 point, 2 points, 10 points or 50 points etc) but what I really want to set up is ($10 = 1 point) that doesn't seem possible from what I have seen.

Update: I was able to sort this out via redemption (10 points will redeem $1), thanks a lot Nicole for reaching out.

For the points per $1, we make it so that customers earn at least one point per dollar because we find it is easier for your customers to see and understand the value of your program when they earn a higher number of points. You can adjust how many points each reward "costs" in order to make those points worth higher or lower dollar values.

Love Smile! Such an awesome app that rewards my customers without me having to do a thing. Great for customer retention! Had an issue recently with my launcher not showing points and continuously needing my customers to log in. I got in touch with the Smile team and the issue was fixed within minutes. Even got a compliment on my products which was nice!

Would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a rewards system for their website!

We were having issues with the app. After reaching out and trying to figure it out with a previous employee, with unfortunately no success, Joana stepped in. She answered allllll my questions and only rested once everything was resolved. We reviewed a lot of information, and at the end of the day, she was very communicative, patient, and great to work with. We do like the loyalty app; it is a little expensive each month to add more buildable features, but at the end of the day, it is still great.

A great feature to add on would be to show both online and in-store shoppers the points on the receipt/checkout that they have accumulated after that purchase, and a summary of total points.

I just finished chatting with Nicole and I cannot begin to tell you how easy this set up was. Her instructions were seamless. She sent me video’s to show me where to navigate to what I needed to fix. I learn visually way better so this was huge for me. I cannot believe it was this simple! Thank you again Nicole!

Although it does take a while for you to get a hold of someone to talk to, the agent i was scheduled with, Nicole, was great! I wanted to try out smile in our developer store before we commit and the process was super easy and quick. Nicole was responsive and got me all set up in 5 minutes. I do love that we can try out all the features of smile before committing, will definitely help deciding what plan we want to go with.

Many cool features to utilize! I look forward to using the upgraded features as I grow my customer base, but for now I am using the free plan which already offers a lot to get started with building existing customers' loyalty! Customer service is also very kind and helpful. Shout out to Hannah :)
