David and the team at Smile have been great, anything we ever needed they are standing by to assist. Support solves inquiries usually same day and if it is going to be longer they are up front about it.

We have had a good experience with it so far, and the customer service is quick and helpful! Just one small glitch with getting every rewards member their sign up points when using the new customer account in Shopify. Other than that it works great.
