We had a few questions about our current plan, and Shelby was excellent at answering all of our questions and giving us advice on the best options for us going forward. We have been using the Smile Loyalty program for over 4 years now and are very happy with it :)

We use Smile for our Sloane Rewards Program at Sloane Fine Tea, and it’s been an excellent experience. The platform is intuitive, easy to manage, and integrates seamlessly with our store.

Our customers love being rewarded for their loyalty (and their love of tea!), and we’re thrilled to be able to give back to our community in such a meaningful way. The Smile team is also fantastic! Responsive, helpful, and great to work with.

The Smile team is excellent to work with! They accommodated my small businesses needs which I really appreciate. The program is easy to set up and my customers absolutely love it! Works well between my online store and Shopify POS in store. Makes the process seamless and easy for customers to use. I highly recommend Smile!

We use Smile.io on our Shopify store, and it has been a fantastic addition to our customer experience. The app is easy to use, works smoothly with our site, and helps us reward loyal customers in a simple, professional way.

I recently reached out to support with a question about enabling points on product pages, and Shelby was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. They made the process effortless and followed up to be sure everything was working correctly.

Great app and even better customer service. Highly recommend!

not user friendly both for vendor and customers. hard to redeem on POS and pushing you to upgrade to higher plans for easier to use features

Smile has been great for us! We've been using the app for over a year now (maybe longer?) and I think it's important to support them! Honestly, the features you get for a minimal cost are great and our customers love the features they get! It's very flexible and allows you to setup a variety of plans that your customers will very much love! One more thing - their support has been great for us! They're quick to respond to their chat box and do follow up with requests quickly. These guys are great!

Shelby was very helpful and patient. The issue I was having was not Smile.io's, but a different conflict. They were able to help me trouble-shoot and eliminate Smile.io as the culprit. We have had a great experience with this reward program and customers also find it pretty easy to understand and use.

Had the best customer support experience with Matt and Lisa. Matt helped me analyze what the problem was and walk me through everything step by step. Even after they followed up the next day to give me an update that everything looked good on their end.

The support behind this program is quite good. I had implemented the app at its most basic level and settings without truly understanding how to best leverage it. I reached out to the team and they gave me excellent "best practices" to consider. Using that as a baseline, I was able to construct what I believe to be a very robust and "rewarding" program for my customers. The app is quite powerful and has important integrations with Klaviyo and Loox reviews (which was important for me). I highly recommend Smile!
