This is a fantastic app, incredibly user friendly, and allows for a high level of customisation. The integration with Stamped reviews has been very useful. Customer service is also great!

I used this app to setup a customer reward and light ambassador program. It is simple enough to quickly get configured but flexible enough to bend to some edge cases and workflow for my processes. There is no API access in non-enterprise versions which is why I did not give it 5 stars but sounds like they work with customers to customize and integrate in enterprise version which is super valuable.

Lynn, Abby and the team at Smile.io are amazing! Abby was quick to help me in the chat online and I was able to get the answers I needed right away. We've used Smile for a fair few years now and can only say good things the app itself and the support provided. Many new features coming which look great. Fantastic that they are not resting on their laurels.
