Great customer service! awesome! It seems to be user friendly. I would suggest allowing customers to send emails out with referral reminders and also adding a Pinterest options for actions!

I came across an issue regarding a customer not receiving their rewards points accordingly, and the rep Tess provided me with a very detailed response and helped with troubleshooting the issue efficiently! The issue turned out to be due to the customer and not the app itself! Thank you so much for your support!

After trying several rewards system Apps for years, this is definitely the best, very complete interface and covers all types of possible existing rewards, the only negative point I find is the excessive cost of its plans, which at least for small businesses or businesses just starting out, I don't think it's possible to pay for their plans, but I give it 5 stars since they have a free plan that ...

Yesterday, I got an error message while trying to access the Smile app via Shopify, so I asked for help in Smile's website's chat window. Lisa answered and let me know that Smile was experiencing some database issues, but that the team was working on sorting things out.
