Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

My business has been using this app for a little over a year. I must admit that for at least half that time we did not invest a lot of time into mastering it. We just got it started and left it do it's thing. Occasionally customers had questions that I could not readily answer, but it was easy to get the answer from Smile.
There has been no real problems, there were a few issues that came from user error, but the program itself does what it promises. I think that's an accomplishment, for this app to function so well with little or no maintenance.
So I'm giving it 5 stars although I have not used it to it's full potential yet, but from what I have seen, it's worth it.

Had a great experience with Jade! They answered all my questions, were super helpful and I appreciate how they went above and beyond to help me out.

Smile works great and the support is top notch. I had some questions this morning and was on a google meet call within minutes and they went above and beyond to help resolve my questions. Highly Recommended.

Update: Support continues to be amazing and this app has generated a ton or repeat buyers.

Works just as advertised. It is easy to use, customize and navigate. Customers do not seem to have any issues with it either.
