Great customer service! They have been *so* helpful with all of my questions!! I wish that there was more customization available, and they are still working on this. But I love the program overall, and the ability to reward my customers and motivate them to keep coming back.
I am still getting used to the app but my customers are loving the ease of use. I hope to enhance my utilization of the app very soon.

Fast and pleasant assistance. From a technical point of view, it's too bad that it's not yet possible to apply a minimum order value to use loyalty discounts on shopify POS orders.

-1 Star because I really don't get why there is still no multi-language feature (even shopify built this now for a year) and no options to change text, behaviour or anything of nudges, no statistic for guest referral nudges etc. We could do better and more if we had more options here.
So far I am happy with the set-up stage. I am concerned though that Sweeth Tooth does not offer a basic program based on the number of orders per month. We'll see. So far so nice.
