Awesome service, awesome support (for those rare questions that you do have!

Selecting a loyalty program provider is tricky, you're going to expose ALL of your customers to this program and switching will be difficult. With that said after talking with a few others, we were impressed with Smile's simplicity, and flexibility. Highly recommend them!

Smile automates the process of rewarding our best customers for performing multiple different tasks. The integration with email, social & sales tools via shopify is first rate. It clearly adds to our bottom line each month and our customers tell us they feel more valued as a result of the perks they can accumulate. In terms of cost vs return the ROAS with Smile is definitely in the 20+ range. Oh, and the online support. 1st rate, they know the product inside out and always go the extra mile. I'm juts hoping i'm not giving too much away to our competitors....

Sweet Tooth is a fantastic app for our store. It's flexible enough so your able to customize your program based on particular business model and the support is excellent if you need help along the way. highly recommended

Great for incentivising my existing customers and creating a reason to repurchase for new customers. Easy to install and use. Also I really appreciated the Klaviyo guide to setting up an email flow to introduce new customers to the programme, which I was able to copy and complete in about 20mins. Thank you!

SUPER user friendly and easy to understand stats!! I so recommend this especially if you are a new store, they have a free trial to test it out!
