The staff at Smile.io were quick to respond, and a delight to deal with. The plugin itself seems solid, I've been on the free tier for a few months now, but it's never caused any issues and eventually I'd like to upgrade to integrate a review plugin too.

After investigating nearly a dozen different loyalty programs, I settled on a couple to test out, based on stellar reviews. Both had similar features, but in terms of pricing and support, Smile was the clear winner.
The team has gone out of its way to be helpful, which is a huge factor when you're running a small business that processes a lot of transactions.
