After having some glitches with the integration with my POS, the sweet tooth staff put in an extra effort to help me out and make it work for our shop!!! With the glitches fixed, it should work absolutely perfect! Sweet tooth ended up being easy to work with, understanding, and extremely accommodating. It is clear they are trying to provide customer's with the best support and make their app as user friendly and as functional as possible!

Sweet tooth's interface is easy to use, its simple to install, and the customer interface is equally user friendly. Our shop is excited to utilize this app to encourage repeat customers and reward or frequent shoppers!

Great app and great to integrate with other apps such as email sending providers. Customer service is top tier as well. Joshua and Nicola went above and beyond and really helped to explain everything in detail whenever I had a query. 100% recommend this app.

So far so good, it's too bad that the free option doesn't have that many choices.

Smile does a phenomenal job of making it seemless to award customers points/rewards for tasks, using integrations such as Jude.me allows for points to be awarded for reviews, which is exactly what we use the platform for. Big shout of to the wizard himself that is Joshua, what a great guy and brilliant customer service, he deserves a wand upgrade (pay rise) if it was up to me! Cheers Joshua, you took a boring ole' question and turned it into a fun response. Keep up the good work, keep doing you and don't stop! Godspeed brother

Great customer service. Elli made it very easy to import my active account from another platform when we migrated to Shopify. Highly recommend!

This has been a real boost to our tea company since we started using this last year. We have seen an increase in loyalty from our customers and we have a very good sign up and usage rate for our rewards. Make sure you set the rewards at a level that doesn't leave you out of pocket though. We spent a lot of time researching and setting a level that both we and our customers are happy with.

Both Joshua and Joana are top and have provided great service. I am still in the early stages but hope we can grow it so we can use their other paid services to get the full experience?
