Smile: Loyalty & Rewards

We researched several Apps to add a Loyalty program for our retail and eCommerce customers a few months ago. It was easy to integrate with Shopify.
We did run into a few issues with customers using points to pay, and although SMILE & Shopify will need to resolve the conflict, David offered us a manual work-around as a possible temporary solution. Although we decided this wasn't for us, his extra work was very much appreciated. And recently we had an issue with upgrading, and David once again offered us a solution that was helpful and demonstrated SMILE's desire to work with all types of vendors, small & big. I spent 2-3 hours looking for and testing all other options for mainly a rewards app for our store. After testing all of them I found Smile.io to be the best. The UX and features available for the free plan were by far the best from all other options. We are very happy so far after using this app for close to a week now. Also, the added benefit of the referral program make this a game changer. I've been looking for something like this for a long time now and happy that smile.io has created this. Thank you!

This app is extremely easy to set up and maintain on an ongoing basis. Currently running their points and referrals programs which work really well together. The support team has been super helpful! I really like the way that it integrates with Klaviyo. I'm able to trigger several automated flows to customers based off of rewards information and send very personalized campaigns. I highly recommend Smile to anyone looking to better their customer lifetime value!

Everything you need for your loyalty program is all in here. Easy to setup, easy to manage your customer's point amount, importing exporting is really easy as well. And most importantly, Smile's support team is undoubtedly top-notch. Quick yet simple to understand.

I was researching a bunch of loyalty programs and once I have stumbled upon Smile there was no need to look anywhere else. The interface is so user-friendly that even a child could set up a loyalty program. The fact that we are able to use some of the most important features of the Smile for free is just superb because lots of people who get into e-commerce are on tight budgets. Once one's brand starts growing, the additional features from the paid plan are just top-notch because Smile can bring a lot of lifetime value to your business! Oh, and have I mentioned the customer service? A M A Z I N G !
