Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

Good app but doesn't allow for free shipping for members as an option so I had to add another app to facilitate this. Staff were helpful.

We use the SMILE app and absolutely love it! It is THE BEST!
So easy to use and navigate and our clients love it too!

We are moving to a loyalty program for our customers and tested a few different ones on Shopify's app store. Smile's abilities as well as customer service has been phenomenal. Every question answered whether it met our needs or not. We have been able to work through the set up and implementation with ease.

I am still setting up the app but, it seems to be super easy to work with, has great free options, and Brady on the customer service team was super quick to respond and incredibly helpful! Very happy so far.

Great App. We use this rewards system they offer all options even on the not paid plan. Great functionality as well. Tess and Maggie were amazing at what they do. They helped me navigate the app, take care of everything I needed to, and increased my sales literally 10 fold in only 14 days!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A++ for Tess & Maggie!!

I installed this app in a state of panic when my old rewards app was giving customers hundreds of dollars off their orders at checkout. I got on the chat to ask for help migrating from the other app, and was given amazing customer service. I'm already happy I made the switch!
