I have been using Smile: Loyalty & Rewards App for my Shopify store for a few months now and I have been very satisfied. My customers love earning points, and they love redeeming those points even more! Smile was easy to set up and when I needed help, the customer support team was quick to reply and super helpful. Currently, I am using the free app, but I will probably upgrade soon to take advantage of some additional features, such as integrations and customizable email messages.

I find this loyalty system hard to set up and the help on the chat was not that helpful/it took a long time for the team to come back but David jumped to the rescue and set up a call which we were really impressed with and his support was very helpful

I've been super happy with this app. It has all the features you'd expect, and the support is outstanding. They are always quick to respond to my chat inquiries, and have always been 100% helpful in resolving my questions. I highly recommend!

I really love using this app! It's added a fun shopping experience for my customers as well as an incentive to be an active shopper! I definitely suggest this app!

I already loved this app but I just had my first customer experience with Sam R via chat and it was AWESOME. Friendly, informative and enthusiastic. I could not ask for better. I'm thrilled!!

I just set up the program and have not used it yet. I was frustrated with the set up, but Elli at customer service sure helped. I was about to just disconnect the app out of frustration and she cheerfully helped me through. You saved a customer Elli!! Awesome.
Update:
My customers love this! They are earning points and spending them. I like that during special events I can offer double points and manually give my customers their double points with a big thank you. This is a MUST HAVE for me! Thrilled with it.
Update 1/28.17 I have been using the free option and here is the problem. The first upgrade is at 500 customers signed up and it is $60.00 per month. That is too expensive for me. Too big of a jump. There needs to be one in the $30 range. And, I find that people sign up and get their 200 points and then become inactive. I want to remove those people until I can afford this app but the sign up dates are inaccurate. Sweet Tooth, I am looking for another app because I'm almost to 500 customers. I hate to go, but what else can I do?
