Just in the FREE plan, you will have everything you need and more. Including an Awesome Design! We was really looking for a program with good graphic design and Smile.io is the best.
We had a minor issue with a css tag in their end, but we received support very fast by Elli, she gave us FREE access to a feature that is only available in the paid plan but she knew that it will fix our problem.
How awesome is that?
In Smile.io we have a support team almost 24h ready to help us with any issue that may come.
After trying the FREE plan for some time, we decided that such a great customer support team, features and design deserve nothing less (from a committed company) than jumping into a more Advanced plan and make our customers smile big!

Amazingly Easy... Great Add to Our Store!
We tried various Reward Apps, some paid for and some free but none compare to Sweet Tooth.
Simple to use and creates brilliant customer engagement and referrals!
A must have for any Shopify store holder, whether online or POS or both!
After using various reward apps for years I always struggled to find an easy way to set up my program and user interfaces were always confusing. Smile made it easy to set up my store within minutes and start building lifetime value for my clients.

The app is very user-friendly. I've tried probably all the rewards app that there is available and it's the easier to set up with the best customer experience. The only thing that this app doesn't have that others have is the review part but you can always use another app and sync them together (I use judge.me with this app and it works like wonders). CUSTOMER SERVICE is out of this world !
