For some context on our pricing structure, we price based on features, instead of pricing based on the number of orders your shop receives or the number of customers that you have, like most of our competitors. It is our hope that with this pricing structure we can help small businesses grow, instead of punishing them for growth. This is why we offer different features at different price levels, and recommend adding more features as your business grows. You can run a successful rewards program and increase repeat purchases on any of our plans, even free.

That being said, it sounds like you are specifically interested in the Growth Plan ($199/month). I reached out to you personally to learn more about what you are specifically looking for with this plan. We'd love to find a way to make Smile work for you.

Brandon helped me with my questions today.
Very quick response time, answered my question simply and even gave me all the neccesary links to create a QR code to refer people to sign up whilst shopping in store.
