We installed this app on both our stores and can honestly say the support team have been incredible. Shout out to Joana and Erin - made it seamless and any issues we had - down to us, not the app - were quickly rectified. We’ve been using Smile for our Shopify store for several months, and it’s hands down the best loyalty & rewards plugin we’ve tried. Setup was seamless, integration with Shopify is 100% smooth, and the interface is clean and easy to customize—no coding needed. Our customers love the points, VIP tiers, and referral program, and we’ve already seen a clear lift in repeat purchases and customer retention.
What really makes Smile stand out, though, is the amazing customer support—especially our rep Joana! She’s been incredibly helpful from onboarding to troubleshooting. Whenever we had questions about program setup, branding, or technical glitches, Joana responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to fix issues. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about our success.

We’ve had a great experience using Smile.io for our rewards program. The integration with Shopify was very easy and seamless, and our customers absolutely love earning rewards points.
One of the best parts of Smile.io is their customer service. Every time we needed assistance, their team was always responsive, friendly, and willing to help us find a solution quickly.
The only feature we wish was available for all Shopify stores is the ability for customers to redeem points directly at checkout, since currently this is limited to Shopify Plus stores. Other than that, we are very happy with the app and highly recommend it.

Very disappointed with the Smile app and their support team. The customer service response time is extremely slow — even after seeing the messages, they take 2–3 days to reply back. We are paying a significant amount for the app, but the support and solutions provided have not been helpful at all. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this app and would suggest looking for a better alternative.
