The app is great for loyalty points and rewards. It works great with our POS setup. Needs a few feature enhancements like being able to use multiples of a discount amount for the POS instead of having to create multiple redemption rules (like currently you can only do $3 off, $6 off, $9 off instead of just a single $3 off and then automatically showing the option for its multiples). Great app otherwise and has features like VIP tiers, being able to exclude certain customers, adjusting points etc.

I like the look of the reward program so far.

Only used for a few days, but this software is awesome. Easy to use and great for my customers to keep buying watches from multiple brands, all the while getting enough rewards to apply against a new watch.
