Just launched Smile for our Shopify store. After reading the reviews, quite keen on exploring the app. We had a few questions before we got started on the plan & it was very patiently handled by Jade. He took the time to carefully evaluate & incorporate all of our questions.

This app is simple and easy to use. It walks you through the whole process step by step setup. Its great for engaging with a customers, its definitely must have!!!!

Old Review: Very user friendly and customizable!
New Review: Completely disappointed with the downgrading of our current plan based on a Notice and Warning without any reason. Following message appears:
"This is our mistake and we completely accept responsibility. These advanced Sweet Tooth features need to be switched to use the coupon upload tool before Friday November 11th."
We have been using the app seamlessly for the sole purpose that it was touted as easy to use, set it forget it, but now with the necessity of manually uploading coupons it defeats the purpose. May have to Remove it. Will not recommend.
Easy to use and free to get started. What more could you ask for? Looking forward to seeing how this performs for my business mintBRIDAL.com. Brides are on a tight budget so having an extra incentive to get a discount on their wedding dress should be incredible. Seems like a win - win for everyone involved. Thanks Sweet Tooth for allowing us little guys get in the game with an awesome free package!!
Very simple to set up, only problem we have is that being based in the UK we need pound signs not dollars!
