Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

The Smile app is a great addition to our site and has allowed us to extend our instore rewards program to our customers online, including linking the instore and online experience via the API. The backend is easy to use, can be branded as needed and i feel i have more control over our rewards programme than before.

I used this app too help with bringing customers back and this is the best free and easy to use loyalty program I have used. I run a retail store and it connects with your shopify pos customers and adds points depending on how you set it up too be redeemed after a certain amount is obtained

Pretty amazing app to tailor your loyalty programme

I just installed it in my store and so far has been very easy to set up. Great rewards features linked to social media, friends referral , etc.

This is a really nice app. Awesome!!

It's a bit buggy, but the response team fixes the bugs pretty quickly if you send them an email. Support is very quick and courteous and they get to work straight away. Overall, pretty happy with it, especially for the price.

I was able to get it up and running with zero issues and that says a lot since I am horrible with technology! Everything has been running smoothly since with no effort from me! AND, my customers love it!
