I am new to the Smile reward program and had many questions. I was helped via chat support with Nicole and she was super knowledgeable on all that Smile has to offer. All of my questions were answered and now I feel like an expert!

We currently use the free version of this application. Though it does not come with all the perks of the paid versions we have been very happy with the app so far. It meets our current needs, as we use it further we intend to upgrade as well for the additional features. Using the chat feature Smile.io has been able to help us with any questions we have while setting this feature up on our website. Would recommend this app for any business looking for a quality loyalty program. Smile.io does it right.

Simple and powerful rewards and loyalty program. The support staff is responsive and helpful. Maggie quickly resolved my issue with connecting Smile in our custom theme.

You guys need to add a lot of things, analytics by customer and what time frames they signed up etc in addition to how many total people are signed up for the rewards program per your individual store and more background statistics on how the customers are interacting with the points they are using on a month-month basis. It would be nice to see which customers signed up which months and which customers got more points after a given month to align them with campaigns running on our site. NONE of this is available. Very plain, cut & dry rewards program.

The app is great and I would give it 5 stars if it didnt have 1 glitch that they still have not fixed... If you use their referral program, there is NO way to prevent fraud. So that means, customers can create multiple emails and get the referral discount without ever being blocked. So customers are repeatedly using a referral discount on every order without the app stopping it or blocking it. So in the end, you end up losing more money than making money from the referrals. But the rewards portion part works great and has no issues!

Generally the app functionality is good. Only a small percentage of customers actually sign up for Rewards and use it for discounts. One thing I don't like is that in the Discounts section in Shopify, it populates all of the generated discount codes. I wish there was a way to avoid that. Customer service is superb! Nicole helped me with some button display issues, and she was very responsive and informative. Thank you!

I love the way it looks on the website. I haven't gotten any interactions from customers with it yet. However, my site is still new. I'm confident it will integrate well.
