the online support is great! Joshua is patient and helpful. His prompt reply gives a big help to me. I hope SMILE will launch the CHINESE VERSION soon because most of our customers can only read chinese. I hope every pops from SMILE can shows a sense of belongs to my customers with their mother language. Thanks

I used this app to help me bring in more customers and I know it will do just that! I love rewards and the setup is fast here and customer service is amazing.

We recently moved from Square to Shopify. Smile was the best option for us to move our loyalty to. Easy to use and customer support has been great!

So far, Smile's provided a lot of the functionality we need to support a fairly complex loyalty program and their customer service has been great! The only point of improvement I'd call out is that their APIs and dev-facing functionality could be expanded to better support the needs of a mature business.

I shouldnt have to upgrade to a new theme nor should i have to remove shopify saftey features. My customers keep getting emails about it but they ca not open it to see what its for.
