First i wanna say smile is awesome its really creating magic for me, but let me tell you about my super star agent MARIA!!!!!, 5 stars ain't enough to describe your warm welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and bubbly personality but if i was ever to get tired of Smile and I remember Maria's customer service ability I would have a SMILE on my face so How can I not wanna use SMILE? I truly appreciate you Maria from smiles.

Still figuring it out. Was easy to setup and seams streamlined with multiple reward functionalities within one app. Sweet that it is currently free!

Initially the app was not getting properly installed, we were getting an error msg. Requested for tech support and received timely help. It was due to Smile's bad server on that day causing the issue. We reinstalled and its working fine. Thanks !

We're so sorry for the trouble, but would you be able to try fully removing the Smile app from your app list in Shopify, and then re-installing it? The issue should be resolved now, and you should be able to install it properly :)
