Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

awsome app so many good features to bring in customers!

I just started using this app! I had some questions at first but the customer service was amazing helping me set the app up!

Too expensive. Requires educating customers over and over again. Not easy to understand how to use code. Most customers place it in the "Notes" box during checkout requiring website owner to manually apply the discount. Will most likely delete this app within the next week.

Super easy to set up! Can't wait to let my customers know!

This app has everything you need to provide your customers with a seamless professional experience. The best part is they continue to update the app when new technology is discovered.

Although we have only just begun trying out Smile.io, I felt compelled to comment on how exceptional the customer support is.
Any issues or questions I had were quickly dealt with — above and beyond. Although we haven't gone live with the loyalty programme yet, I can see that there are already a few certain things I would like to be added such as the ability to be able to send emails from our own email address rather than Smile.io's email address, and to remove the Smile branding from email footers.
