Love to have been able to place where I like on my site and selected pages.
Other than that it seems to be doing just great.

This app has cost me thousands of dollars. It rewards people on top of any existing discounts in my store and there are no rules or ways to prevent it stacking. I am losing money all the time due to this. Not happy. The aesthetics are nice but they clearly don't understand retail business and how customers behave.

Smile coupons are not able to be combined. Unfortunately, some 3rd party apps conflict with Smile and can cause unexpected behavior, such as allowing discounts to stack. We don't recommend using these apps alongside Smile for this reason. We also have a recommended setup to help optimize your rewards program and ensure it works for your Store. The set up was easy but results yet to know since I switched from another app with not much success after 6 months onto it to Sweet Tooth. At this point, the only thing I wish it can be better was it can be a pop up or perhaps located more prominently within the website. Right now, it's a small rectangle with small fonts at the bottom corner when website is viewed from desktop. It's at the bottom of the screen when view from phone. Still too early to tell if it can indeed inspire more sales from my existing customers and generate more leads from referrals and new sign ups. Will update my rating in couple of months time for a fair honest review.

It's an excellent app, it's a very nice concept. The only problem is the price, it´s waaaay overpriced.

So far the integration with my website has been smooth, although I am still in the testing stages and haven't gone live but I like what I have seen already, the only draw back will be the point system and cos of this I don't think I might be able to launch with it, the issue is, it is only the point(s) earned that is variable but the currency isn't variable so for example you can only edit ($1 = 1 point, 2 points, 10 points or 50 points etc) but what I really want to set up is ($10 = 1 point) that doesn't seem possible from what I have seen.

Update: I was able to sort this out via redemption (10 points will redeem $1), thanks a lot Nicole for reaching out.

For the points per $1, we make it so that customers earn at least one point per dollar because we find it is easier for your customers to see and understand the value of your program when they earn a higher number of points. You can adjust how many points each reward "costs" in order to make those points worth higher or lower dollar values.
