Wonderful customer service from Jade! Not only did she help me with my inquiry lighting fast, but she also offered our small cafe a discount to help get the program going! The program itself has also been spectacular and our customers love it.

Best rewards program out there by a mile, the only downfall is the price for the basic package for people starting off is way off the scale at $59.00 per month.
I give it 5 stars for design and functionality, smile everyone this is top notch.

I've only been using the app for a couple of weeks, but have been pleased with the functionality and ease of use so far and the customer support I've received (from Christian) has been fab - prompt and thorough!

They change the price plan frequently. Imagine a function from $0 to $199/month, I mean the "free product function". Since we have using this app for a long time and there are over 30k members join the plan, I admit that I'm suffering from making the decision about if we should stop using this app. I can pay for the function of course, just think the functions that smile offers does not match their plan price. I'm not sure if this is what they called the "loyalty project", just a little bit disappointed and will not recommend this app to my friends
