Nice app if you just want to have the basic features. Says that it's a free app but the majority of its' features are a pay per month service.
like the product, both convenient and fairly ok to set up
support is also very very good if needed and very reactive

If your focusing on your SEO this app has many Javascript issues. With a new site Google page insights was giving me a 38 score. With smile.io being the major contributor. I reach out to support to let them know of the details of the Google issues and the app issues Google was able to provide detailed information about and they immediately brushed it off saying it was not them and instead other apps. I did a support video, recorded it in there help chat with an agent to show them what the code issues where on the mobile and desktop analysis. They knew and didnt care and or denied it was them, despite proof. So I deleted smile.io and my mobile speed score went from 39 to 75 instantly! Load spead it one of the number one areas Google looks at to rank your site high in Google searches and improve users from clicking away. With smile my full load time was 10sec after deleting it it went to 3.5sec. Sad to have deleted it but it was the best for my business to rank on google and measurable improve customer experience. Run your page insights before and after and you'll see the load time drop. Even with disabling the button on mobile. Hope they will finally address there code performance issues, this is a much have for shop owner.

Absolutely the worst app experience I have ever had. I have no idea why anyone uses this. Both points and referrals programs fail massively when it comes to the pieces that should be customizable on the website end, and both are absolutely dreadfully user-unfriendly on the customer end. There are so many flaws in both systems I feel like they are selling this ridiculously overpriced app without ever even having beta tested it, as customer service was not even aware of the very obvious issues that I immediately noticed. I would give zero stars if possible, and my strongest recommendation to stay far away from this garbage, but I will say that their customer service team was very responsive, even though they were 100% entirely unable to help fix any of the problems that are absolutely evident. My customers couldn't even figure out how to use the rewards, and I don't blame them because it is an utter PITA and can fail at multiple points along the way. So very bad. So very over-priced. Save yourselves and look elsewhere.

I am using the free plan because we are just getting started in our ecommerce journey. Already the app is super easy to navigate, very intuitive and user friendly. I had some questions about where the nudge feature would show up and Nicole was very kind, and answered all of my questions. When I expressed how I was already interested in upgrading to use all the fun features she offered us a free trial for the upgraded version! Now that is some customer service. Made me smile ;-)

Very easy to set up....have yet to see how it works in the market..
unfortunately you can't integrate with anything unless you pay $50 , bit of a joke really, how can a new store get going like this?
The app is great and can help to keep your coustomers loyal to your shop, only bad is that the Premium Plan is to expensive. For starters bad

It is a shame that the social referral options are paid only (considering there is such a large jump from the free service to the next, I sadly cannot afford that) - but, the free service is fantastic :) so this is only a small issue.
