I just installed this app so i will have to return for an honest review. the process of installation has been a smooth process now I will have to see how it functions with my store.

Really brilliant app, great customer service, so easy to install and use.

Every store needs this to reward their customers!

Super easy to setup and install. We were able to install and setup the program within 20 minutes. (Note: We did download Smile's whitepapers on setting up a referral/rewards program so we knew what we wanted to do ahead of time).

Support is fantastic too! I had an issue logging in the next day which required the developers to code and release a fix - and they did so within minutes (fastest development and release I have ever seen)!

The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is we are on the free plan which limits us from being able to connect with Mailchimp to keep customers updated on their rewards points. We will likely move to a paid plan by mid-year, but it would be really helpful if the free plan allowed us to add our logo and connect with Mailchimp as a base (i.e. allow 2 app connections on the free plan vs 1). Local small businesses need a starting point that works so they can generate enough revenue to grow into your paid plans. Just something to consider

So far it looks like a super nice app.
However, I hope that in the very near future they can make a language option in Danish so my customers can read everything in Danish

Excellent, excellent app. I've tried all of the customer relationship apps available for Shopify, and nothing comes close to being as thorough and well implemented as Sweet Tooth. It's been on my shop dappernotes.com for a bit now, and the response is already great.
Plus: you can't beat a thoughtful pricing model like this one: if you have enough active customers, then the monthly fee is a drop in the bucket to keep them coming back.
Finally: the customer service response is AMAZING. And when it comes to putting anything on my website, having a product with a real dedicated team makes all the difference in the world.
