Cole did a great job tuning up our Smile account and taking our program to the next level. It's working well for us with Recharge and Shopify.

5/5 - Incredible Support Team!
I’ve been using Smile.io on my website, 4u2heal.ca, and the app has been great for rewarding my customers! What really stands out, though, is the amazing support team. Maggie went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a design issue, and her dedication to finding a solution was truly impressive.

Not only did she explain the issue clearly (apparently, something about a "z-index" ), but she also took the time to make me feel at ease about the process. Even when I hesitated to give collaborator access (because I'm super protective of my Shopify store), Maggie was understanding and professional.

It’s clear this team cares about their product and their customers. I’d recommend Smile.io not just for the app, but for the fantastic humans behind it. Maggie, you rock!

Had an issue that took a few days to fix but customer service was very helpful and eventually fixed the issue. Will definitely recommend them every time.

We are starting to work with Smile as we think they provide a great solution, but where we think they are excelling is on their customer support!! Shelby has been of a great help and we are sure that we will stick with them for long time. Thanks!

We had a few questions about how the app works, during setup and support was great about getting back to us with informational answers. We're just getting started but excited about the possible ways to configure our particular loyalty program because smile.io makes it possible with all of its detailed options.

So far so good, we installed it yesterday morning, by yesterday afternoon we were very comfortable with it. The app is easy enough to use and feels like Shopify which is handy and we can change it enough to feel like it's part of our site.

I had a question about whether I can assign points to previous customers, so if I had someone who had placed four orders in the past can I reward them by giving them X points if they sign up to the scheme - which would in turn entice more people to sign up - and I didn't have time to engage with the live chat so just left my message and email address and shortly after a real person emailed me back with the step by step solution to my query which is pretty good going in my experience - plus it worked which is the main thing :)
