Great so far! The set-up is easy. Creating the discount codes takes a few minutes, but they walk you through every step. Hope my customers love it, too!
Good app so far, installation seems pretty intuitive
Easy Step Up! Nice customization options, even on the free version! It seamlessly integrates with my website! So excited to get our first rewards customers :)
Never had a chance to launch it. Was told I could offer a Points per Product program before I signed up but after signing up and downloading app I was informed I could only do a Points per Dollar model. Sorry. Not Smiling

I had a small issue with uploading my customers previous points from my last rewards app. I hit Chat and Nicole helped me quickly figure out the problem. She told me exactly what to do to fix the problem and it worked. I successfully uploaded all my customers previously earned points, and I'm excited to set up the rest and see what Smile has to offer. It's great to know there's expert (human) help when you need it. Great so far!
