Smile: Loyalty Rewards Program

Great app with a good range of options to reward customers for their loyalty. Super helpful customer support, Joana spent time working through different options that might work for me both now and in the future for the type of rewards I would like to offer.

If I was just reviewing the customer service and troubleshooting/help I just received from Shelby then it would be 10* (seriously, I can't express how grateful I am for her help because without it I would have given up and just taken the hit and removed Smile.io completely rather than deal with the tech issue!), however it seems like I'm reviewing the whole app and my experience so far is that if you're not amazingly tech-savvy (I'm reasonably adept) then it takes a while to get your head around the intricacies. Overall, fantastic support and I have very little to complain about considering that I'm currently using the free plan which gives a great 'basic' offering plus unfaultable customer service. I'm looking forward to understanding Smile.io more and hopefully it won't be long until we're able to upgrade to the better paid plans.

A feature filled app backed by great support.

System works great and the customer service/support is second to none. Always coming out with new features. Couldn't be happier.

Fast and efficient service - what I needed when I was in a pinch regarding dealing with repeat orders and how they should be handled in order for customer to receive their points. The otter fist pump clinched it

App is easy to set up and use. I had some queries, but the Smile.io team were quick to respond and very helpful.
My only suggestion would be to allow additional orders for the Starter plan for $20 per month, like on the Growth plan and above.

Extremely satisfied with the customer service and speed of conversation. The demo was excellent, and our rep (Cole) was knowledgeable in the app and general Shopify information, which was especially helpful for our team, as we don't have technical staff on board.
