Even so far as to put together a detailed macro for us to send customers regarding how to redeem their rewards. Setup was simple, everything integrated smoothly, and our customers started using the points system right away. Smile offers a fairly comprehensive loyalty system that meets most of our requirements. However, some details still need improvement, such as setting the number of rewards that can be redeemed for points to prevent the number of rewards from exceeding the expected amount.

We’ve had a great experience using Smile.io for our rewards program. The integration with Shopify was very easy and seamless, and our customers absolutely love earning rewards points.
One of the best parts of Smile.io is their customer service. Every time we needed assistance, their team was always responsive, friendly, and willing to help us find a solution quickly.
The only feature we wish was available for all Shopify stores is the ability for customers to redeem points directly at checkout, since currently this is limited to Shopify Plus stores. Other than that, we are very happy with the app and highly recommend it.
