First of all, we still expect Smile.io to improve and offer comprehensive features, including monthly order reports and customized views, which is important to Shopify sellers to review their usage and evaluate the plan's performance.

Having said that, the CX support team was helpful and reacted to our request efficiently and effectively. Highly recommend the service.

Really like this app, it's so useful and intuitive. Our customers easily able to sign up to our points system on our website www.bullbrand.co.uk, I'm amazed at the amount of people that do!

Overall their rewards system is working great for us. It's convenient and easy for our customers to understand. Whenever we encountered issues like points not reflecting, or customers not being able to log in, their customer support team is very responsive and helpful. They'll figure out what's wrong, will let you know what happened, and will fix it. Happy with our subscription!

Great app from a team who actually cares. Smile.io routinely look for genuine feedback and went so far as to book a video conference with us to learn about how we get value from their app. The feature set is robust, the Klaviyo integration works, the app is lightweight - it's a complete package that just works.

Easy to set up and even easier for our audience to join and start earning sweet perks. I'd love for it to integrate with our brick and mortar sales, too!
