So far so good. Had a problem where I totally messed up all the settings, support was great at resetting everything and I could start using the app again.

Super easy to use. Pretty much a set it and forget it app. When needed, support is quick and helpful. My customers love the rewards.

When I had a question about the program (I have a legacy plan so I wanted to check to make sure everything was working.) Lisa took my question and forwarded it to Lynn. I was told it could take 24 hours to respond. Totally cool. Instead it was like 34 minutes. Lynn clarified all of my questions. Not only that, instead of upselling me, she assured me that I have all the features that I want and need in my legacy program. Amazing customer service all around.

Excellent App for Loyalty Rewards! We have used Smile for a while now and are very happy with the service it provides! i also needed to contact support to sort a problem and the guy Brandon was so helpful and helped me address the issue promptly.

I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional support provided by Shelby in helping us resolve a customer's issue with our rewards app. Shelby was quick to respond and offered a clear and helpful solution by suggesting the use of a deep link to our Smile panel. She provided us with the exact link we needed, as well as a guide for additional deep links, which was incredibly valuable.

Shelby also took the extra step of checking our Smile account and confirming that everything was set up correctly on our end. Her proactive approach, friendly tone, and thorough response made it easy for us to understand the next steps and effectively assist our customer.

This is a fantastic app, incredibly user friendly, and allows for a high level of customisation. The integration with Stamped reviews has been very useful. Customer service is also great!

I used this app to setup a customer reward and light ambassador program. It is simple enough to quickly get configured but flexible enough to bend to some edge cases and workflow for my processes. There is no API access in non-enterprise versions which is why I did not give it 5 stars but sounds like they work with customers to customize and integrate in enterprise version which is super valuable.

Lynn, Abby and the team at Smile.io are amazing! Abby was quick to help me in the chat online and I was able to get the answers I needed right away. Toward the end of our chat, she casually mentions that a customer just made a repeat order on my site. I've only had this app installed a week and it's working beautifully! Thank you Smile.io!
